Vessel Search

Overview

This page provides a way to search for vessels that meet very specific criteria.

Each provider can configure which fields are available on the Vessel Search page.   Most of the options filter the search results, and entering multiple search items will return the vessels that meet ALL of your search conditions.

The search filters usually include:

Vessel Name - this finds vessels where the name matches the text you entered

After you enter your search conditions, click the Search button.  A list of matching vessels will appear below the search button.  You have three options:

- To attach one of the vessels in your search results, click the green arrow, and then click Save on the vessel page.
- If you didn't find what you were looking for, and want to enter a new vessel, click the "New Boat" button, and then enter the vessel information on the next page.
- If no vessel information should be attached to this application, click the "No Boat" option.

Navigation

You can get to this page by clicking the "Search" option in the Vessel section of the Application Summary page.

Security

You need "Boat_View" capabilities to view boats other than your own, in order to view this page.
