Overview

This page is normally used to display all available information about an application, but can also be used to print off an application for off-line submission to a provider, and can be used to configure how application forms appear to applicants.

Page Content

The exact contents of this page are configured by each provider.  In general, the page contains the following sections:

Application - this provides general information about the application
  Use the Edit button to change any of the information in this section.

Applicant - this provides information about the person submitting the application
  Use the Edit button to change any of the information in this section.
  Use the Search button to attach this application to an existing applicant record.
  Use the New button to enter a new applicant record, and attach to this application.

Vessel
- this provides information about the boat associated with the application
  Use the Edit button to change any of the information in this section.
  Use the Search button to attach this application to an existing vessel record.
  Use the New button to enter a new vessel record, and attach to this application.

Berth - this provides information about the location where the vessel is assigned
  Use the Edit button to change any of the information in this section.
  Use the Search button to attach this application to an existing berth record.
  Use the New button to enter a new berth record, and attach to this application.

Wait List - this provides information about any wait lists that the applicant wishes to be on
  Use the Edit button to change any of the information in this section.

Documents - this provides information about any supporting documentation that is needed, or that has been provided.
  Use the Edit button to change any of the information in this section.

Actions - this provides information about the actions that have occurred for this application.
  Use the New button to add a new action to this application.
  Click the date next to an existing action to view, edit, or delete that action.

Payments
- this provides information about the payments made by the applicant.
  Use the Paste button to move a payment from another application to the current application (requires that you previous clicked the Cut button on a payment on another application)
  Use the New button to add a new payment to this application.
  Click the date next to an existing payment to view, edit, or delete that payment.

Communications - this provides information about communications relating to this application.
  Use the New button to add a new communication to this application.
  Click the date next to an existing communication to view, edit, or delete.

In addition, users may see additional buttons at the bottom of the page based on their access rights:

Audit - This will bring you to the Application Audit Trail page, where you can see a listing of changes made to this application, including the date of the change, the person who made the change, and what was changed.

Delete - This will allow you to delete the application.  Please keep in mind that deleting an application deletes all history relating to the application.  We advise against deleting an application unless it was entered in error.

Configure - This will allow you to configure the way that the page looks.  When you click this button, the page reappears with options to control which fields will be visible, which fields will be required, and which fields will be disabled.  After making your selections, select which Application Types and Situations should be configured based on your selections, and then click the Save button. 


Navigation

You can get to this page by clicking on an application's reference number on the Application Search Results page, or by clicking on an application's reference number in the My Applications section of the  Home Page when the application is not currently Incomplete or Under Review.

You can also get to an application form for submission by clicking the "Print" button in the "My Applications" section or the "New Permit Application" section of the Home Page.

Security


To view information about an existing application, a user needs "Permit_View" rights.
